Our ancestors may not have worn lab coats, but some brave soul decided to pick up a snail and eat it. Thanks to that brave person and the many that followed, we humans have a diverse and rich culinary repertoire.
The Nutrichologist Lab puts you and your apron somewhere between a loincloth and a lab coat. In this Lab, we tap into curiosity, fun and connecting with our food. We set aside judgement fear of failure and turn it into healthy and nourishing, fun-filled meals. (Except snails, there will be no snail-eating).
