Our ancestors may not have worn lab coats, but some brave soul decided to pick up a snail and eat it. Thanks to that brave person and the many that followed, we humans have a diverse and rich culinary repertoire.
The Nutrichologist Lab puts you and your apron somewhere between a loin cloth and a lab coat. In this Lab we tap into curiosity, fun and connecting with our food. We set aside judgement, fear of failure and turn it into healthy and nourishing, fun filled meals. (Except snails, there will be no snail eating).
